Your share

What you have put into the cooperative, sorted by kind, and the running total that sits on top of it. Every figure is added up from the record of things that actually happened, using whichever counting rules the Board has put in force. It has not put any in force yet, so every figure is zero.

What this page is. Your own contribution statement. Patronage is the cooperative word for what you put in, whether that is hours, money, or goods, and this is where you will see yours.

What you can do here. Read the six kinds of contribution below, so you know what will count once counting starts. Read the counting rules while they are still a draft and tell a board member what you think. Keep your own notes of hours and receipts in the meantime, because nothing that happens before the adoption day gets counted.

What you cannot do yet. You cannot claim anything here. There is no form to fill in until the Board adopts the rules.

This is the shape of the page, not your real numbers. Nothing is being counted yet. The Board has not adopted COUNTING-RULES v1, the document that says how a contribution turns into a dollar figure. Until it does, nothing you contribute is given a value, so every figure below is zero because there is no rule to count by, not because you have done nothing. Counting starts on the day the Board adopts the rules and runs forward from there. It never reaches back to pick up earlier work.

What you put in, by kind waiting on the Board · all zeros the six kinds named in COUNTING-RULES v1 §2 · nothing else counts

HOURSpaid at a Labor Schedule rate
0.0 hrs · $0.00 valued
Time you spend on an Opportunity, which is a piece of work the cooperative has posted and agreed to take on. Log your own hours. Then ask someone else who was there to confirm them. The rate comes from the Labor Schedule, the board's table of hourly rates by kind of work.
REVENUEa percentage the board sets
$0.00 attributed
Money a customer actually paid the cooperative, where the work or the introduction that earned it was yours. Money invoiced but not yet received does not count. A percentage of what came in counts as yours, and the board sets that percentage.
CASHface value
$0.00
Money you put in over and above your $100 membership share. It counts at the amount you sent, and the record keeps the transfer reference that shows it moved.
OUTPUTa price per unit, set by the Program
0 units · $0.00 valued
Finished things you produce that a Program counts, such as a workshop delivered or a report filed. Each Program keeps a patronage policy listing which units count and what each one is worth. If a piece of work is not on that list, it does not count here.
PRESENCEa flat credit, capped for the year
0 of 26 occurrences · $0.00
Showing up. Register for a gathering that counts presence, then get marked present on the day. Each one earns the same flat credit, an amount the board sets, and only the first 26 in a year count.
PROPERTYmarket value, with paperwork
$0.00
Goods or equipment you hand over and the cooperative accepts. It counts at fair market value, which is what the item would sell for, so bring a receipt or a valuation. Above a set amount the board must pass a resolution first.

Two payments you may already have made do not appear here. Your $100 membership share buys your membership itself, called the Membership Interest in the Membership Agreement §1.4. Your $100 a year in dues is ordinary income for running the place, under Bylaws Schedule A. Neither counts as a contribution, so neither enters this account. Once the account is live, every line above traces back to the events behind it and the rule that priced them.

Which years count the periods the books are kept in · COUNTING-RULES v1 §5

formation period Feb 6, 2026 until the Board adopts the rules · real work, and none of it counted here open now

2027 onward ordinary calendar years, Jan 1 to Dec 31 ahead

When a year closes, everything counted that year is weighed up to work out each member's slice. The Plan proposes the weights: 40 parts labor, 30 revenue, 20 cash, 10 community. Those weights live in the Plan and in each Program's own patronage policy, not in the counting rules, which only put a price on what you did. Whatever the figure, you declare it and a second person confirms it. You cannot confirm your own.
