The verification walk
The cooperative checks its own claims by hand, and calls that a walk. These are the same cards as the public run-book, the step-by-step guide anyone can walk out loud into a recorder. Here you click the verdict and type it instead.
What this page is
A checklist of the claims the cooperative makes about itself, one card per claim. The running count is just below. Each card names one claim, tells you where to go look, and asks you to say whether it held up. You are the one checking. Nobody has checked on your behalf.
Where the walk stands
The last sitting was the steward’s, on 2026-09-05, and it was a re-walk: twenty-nine verdicts between 11:42 and 13:04, 18 holds, 9 fails, 2 deferred, on cards that already stood verified. No mark moved forward. Nine moved back, which had never happened here before on a walk alone: U-07, L-05, U-22, MM-01, X-18, X-19, X-17, A-02 and TR-08 return from verified to delivered, and six of those he had verified himself the day before. The ledger now reads 69 verified against 42 delivered, of which eighteen are walkable here. Six defects are filed and unrepaired, U-36, L-11, U-37, MM-02, A-06 and TR-13. Three of the fails are one cause, an audit red on main because a branch had merged with no address in the ledger; that address is minted in the batch that carries this walk and the check is green again, but the three marks stay where the fails put them, because curing a cause is not walking an acceptance and only a person moves a mark. FORMATION-01 he spoke three times in seventy-eight seconds, holds then deferred then deferred, and the last stands, flagged for him. The sitting before it was his walk of 2026-09-04: forty-eight verdicts, tiers one through four entire, and as he amended it later the same day, 43 holds, 4 fails, 1 deferred. Twenty-nine pieces took the verified mark on his sentences then. Seven cards now carry two verdicts a day apart that disagree, U-07, L-05, U-22, MM-01, X-17, A-02 and TR-08; in each the estate did not change between the sittings and the reading did, and both verdicts stand on the entry in the order he gave them. Still outstanding from that walk: L-02, U-15, U-11 and U-20 failed and are filed as L-10, U-33, U-34 and U-35 for repair, and U-19 is deferred until someone can sign out and watch the map’s absence. What you can do here
- Walk one card or all of them, in any order. Nothing here has to be finished in one sitting.
- Do a card’s steps, then click one verdict: holds (you saw it work), fails (you saw it not work), not ready (the thing is not built yet), deferred (you could not check it today), attested (you are signing your name to a proof).
- Type one sentence saying what you actually saw. The verdict without the sentence is not much use to anyone reading later.
- When you are done, go to the record of this walk at the bottom, copy it, and hand it to a steward.
