RegenHub, LCA has been called to order. The Articles are filed with the Colorado Secretary of State. The board was seated at its special meeting of August 14, 2026, confirmed August 19, 2026, and its officers are in office: Aaron Gabriel, President; Todd Youngblood, Secretary; Lucian Hymer, Treasurer. Formation counsel has recognized the cooperative's standing to admit members. Member ratification of the Bylaws and Membership Agreement is anticipated, not yet held, and no member has been admitted. One board seat remains open.
