The money the cooperative can expect every month from subscriptions, shown line by line rather than as one number. Each Program (a standing group inside the cooperative) offers named monthly subscription tiers, for example a resident desk at a set price. For each tier, this page shows a reading: how many subscriptions were active, taken from the system that actually holds them, such as Stripe. The figure at the top is those readings added up. Nobody types a figure in here; every line says where it came from, whether a system reported it or a person vouched for it, and when it was read. A reading is a snapshot, not a payment: money received is the accountant's books (Xero) and the treasury page, never this one.

What you can do here. Read the four cards below, in order. The recurring figure is the monthly and yearly total. By program lists every tier under the Program that offers it, with its price, its active count, and where that count came from. The trend shows the monthly total for the last twelve months, and you can open the same numbers as a table. How the figure is worked out states the arithmetic. Stewards and directors also get a panel at the foot of the page for adding and retiring tiers.
Three words to know. live means a system reported the count itself. attested means no system holds the count yet, so a named person vouched for it. waiting means the count does not exist yet; the line says what has to happen first.

How the figure is worked out
methodThe steward's panel. Only stewards and directors see this part of the page. Use it to add a tier a Program offers, or to retire one it no longer offers. Adding a tier records it on the cooperative's record straight away, as the tier itself plus one event saying who declared it and when. Retiring a tier keeps every reading it ever had. Do not enter counts here; there is nowhere to. Counts arrive on their own, read from the system that holds the subscriptions by a script that only reads.
