A Program is a standing group inside the cooperative that gathers related Opportunities, the open invitations to play, practice, or work that members post on the board. Each Program carries three things: a purpose, a Coordinator (the member who runs it), and an adopted rule for how the work it gathers gets recognized. Most Opportunities have no Program, and none needs one.

Below is every Program the cooperative has designated, each with its purpose, who coordinates it, how it recognizes work, and which open Opportunities it gathers. Under the roster sit the open Opportunities that belong to no Program at all.
What you can do here
Select any Program's name to open its full record in place. If you posted an Opportunity yourself, you can affiliate it with a Program, which means recording that the Program now gathers it. To respond to an Opportunity, follow its link through to the board. Stewards and directors also get a panel here for designating a new Program.
Designate a Program
Only a steward or a director can do this. The drafted Bylaws delegate the power at §3.1 and §4.1, and the board elected its first officers on August 14, 2026 and confirmed those elections by separate motions on August 19, 2026, so this is practice under that delegation rather than something done in the absence of officers.
Give the Program a name and say what it is for. It lands on the record straight away, as a row in the register of participants plus one event recording who designated it and when. It then stands in formation until the board adopts POLICY-PATRONAGE, the instrument that gives a Program its Coordinator and its way of recognizing work.

Every Program carries a standing chip. in formation means the board has designated it but has not yet adopted the policy that names a Coordinator and sets how work is recognized. in force means that policy is adopted and this page reads the Program's rates straight from it. Open opportunities without a Program
These open Opportunities belong to no Program. They stand on the board on their own terms, and you can respond to any of them. You never need a Program to take part.
