Direction
The cooperative's agent works for the whole membership, and this is where you set it working. A Direction is an act on the record: it carries your name, it names what you asked for, and everything that comes of it, the branch, the pull request, the refusal, is recorded here beside it. Deciding stays with people. Merge, adoption, and signature are never the instrument's to make.
A Direction cannot move money, reach outside the estate, or merge its own work. The floor is stated in Common Agency §11, and the record enforces it whatever any interface offers.
The commons shelf, every member's completed Directions visible to one another, is described in Common Agency §8 and waits on one decision the module routed rather than took: whether direction arcs are common reading or private to the member who gave them (§15).
