These Terms of Service govern use of the website at techne.coop and any related services provided by RegenHub, LCA, a Colorado limited cooperative association formed February 6, 2026 by filing Articles of Organization with the Colorado Secretary of State, document 20261163853. On August 12, 2026 the association filed a Statement of Trade Name of a Reporting Entity, document 20268011137, under C.R.S. §§ 7-71-103 and 7-71-107. The registered trade name is techne.coop, and this site presents itself as Techne. The true name of the entity remains RegenHub, LCA, and RegenHub, LCA is who these terms bind.
By accessing techne.coop you agree to abide by these terms and to comply with applicable law. If you do not agree with them, do not use this site or the services provided through it.
The cooperative may review and amend these terms. When it does, this page is updated and carries a new effective date, and the change is visible in the public history of this site, which is a public repository. Changes take effect from the date of publication.

The clauses a template would put here forbidding you to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the materials on this site are deliberately absent. This estate is a public repository under an open license, and the license below says what you may do with it.
The materials on this website are owned by or licensed to RegenHub, LCA and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Except where a page says otherwise, the written material published on this site is offered under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license: copy it, adapt it, and redistribute it, including commercially, so long as you credit the cooperative and license what you build from it on the same terms. That is a grant of a license and not a transfer of title.
Three things sit outside that grant. The cooperative's names, trade name, and marks are not licensed by it, and using the material does not permit anyone to present themselves as the cooperative or as speaking for it. Third-party material reproduced here under its own terms carries those terms. And the source code of this site carries whatever license its repository states, which governs the code independently of this page.
A license terminates automatically if its terms are violated.
You retain ownership of the content you submit for publication here. The cooperative does not claim ownership of it. It does need a license in order to show it.
When you post, upload, share, or otherwise transmit content covered by intellectual property rights, you grant the cooperative a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, publicly display, translate, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and presenting this service, consistent with the privacy policy and with the privacy preferences you have set.
That license ends when you delete the content or your account, with two exceptions that no deletion can reach: material you contributed to the cooperative's public record, such as a document, minute, or ledger entry that other decisions now rest on, remains part of that record, because a record that can be withdrawn is not a record; and copies already distributed under the open license above remain licensed in the hands of whoever received them.
You give the cooperative permission to use the display name and identifying information associated with your account in the ways your privacy preferences and the privacy policy allow.
You are responsible for what you post, and you warrant that you have the right to post it.
Where the cooperative offers a paid or metered service, the terms of that service, including its price, what it entitles the holder to, and how it may be cancelled, are published on the page for that service and form part of these terms for anyone who buys it. No such service is offered as of the effective date of this page, and none becomes available by mention here. Where a price is published, the published rate governs, and no rate is charged that is not published.
The terms governing text messaging, including how a number is bound, what messages are sent, that message and data rates may apply, that STOP unbinds a number, and that mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, are in the text messaging section of the privacy policy and are incorporated into these terms.
Some of what this service does, and some of what is published here, is produced by software agents acting for the cooperative. Their output can be wrong. An answer from an agent is not a statement of the cooperative's position, not a record of any act the cooperative took, and not a warranty of anything. Where an agent's answer and the record disagree, the record governs, and a correction to the record is the remedy.
This website and the materials on it are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, RegenHub, LCA makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall RegenHub, LCA or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its materials, even if the cooperative or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In this agreement, 'consequential loss' includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use, and loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort including negligence, indemnity, or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials on this website are not comprehensive and are published for general information. Much of this estate is drafts, working analysis, and documents published in advance of adoption, each labeled with its status. A page carrying a draft label records no act of the cooperative. RegenHub, LCA makes no representation concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials here or of anything linked from here.
Where this site is found to be wrong, the correction is published in the corrections log rather than made silently.
RegenHub, LCA has not reviewed every site linked from this one and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. A link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.
The cooperative may suspend or terminate your right to use this website, and terminate these terms, upon written notice to you for any breach of these terms. Termination of site access is not a membership act: the rights of a member, and the grounds and process for affecting them, are governed by the cooperative's instruments and not by this page.
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder is not affected.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, where the cooperative is formed. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado.
