What is waiting, and what it is waiting for
The build is not the blocker. Each of the five below has its surface live and its machine half proven in CI; each has an acceptance sentence that names, directly or by implication, a person who is not the steward. One person cannot answer their own posting, cannot countersign their own demonstration, and cannot be the other member who registers. The five have therefore sat open together, and they can move together.
F-02 · response flow · open · delivered
Acceptance: respond and see the response; the author sees it too. The flow was exercised on the run-through of 2026-07-24 and the live artifact was destroyed the same day by the identity consolidation. A response is a message to an author, so the surface offers no self-response, by design, and no one can regenerate it alone. Supplied by act three.
G-04 · the scheduling act · open · delivered
Acceptance: a member schedules a gathering with a title and a start, sees it on the calendar as its host with its purpose and its place, and another member can register for it. The last clause is the second person, stated outright. Supplied by act two.
G-B · the Belong proof · anticipated
Acceptance: G-B updated to attested, with B-02, B-04, B-05 verified (they are, 2026-07-12). The proof sentence asks an organizer and a non-organizer member to demonstrate every Belong sentence live, together, because belonging is not self-certified. Supplied by act one.
G-G · the Gather proof · anticipated
Acceptance: G-G updated to attested, with G-03 verified (it is, 2026-07-12). Two-party attestation, every Gather sentence demonstrated live, any real gathering serving as the fixture. Supplied by act two.
G-R · the cross-cutting proof · anticipated
Acceptance: G-R updated to attested, with X-01 through X-09 verified. All nine now carry the verified mark. What remains is the anchor re-verification pass and the words, and this one is honest about its cast: the Proof Book scores G-R as a steward attestation, not a two-party one. It is in this script because the pass is faster read aloud by two, and because the sitting is where the steward will be. If the walk runs short, G-R is the act that can move to another day without stranding anything.
Two of the five, F-02 and G-04, carry the mark delivered rather than verified: their deliverables are on main and their acceptances want a person. Nothing in this page changes a mark. The marks change by commit, after the walk, on the evidence the walk produces.
§2
The cast, the bench, the hour
Two people, in the same room if possible, each on their own device. Nothing here requires an agent, a terminal, or the SQL editor. Every act happens on the pages the members will use.
the steward
Signed in as himself on his normal browser, holding the steward grant. He hosts the sitting, witnesses, countersigns, and afterwards records what the walk produced.
the second
One person who is not an organizer and has never touched the system, on their own device, with an email address they control that the record has never seen. They drive most of the walk. They should be told beforehand that the system will treat them as a stranger, because it will, and that this is the thing being proven.
the evidence folder
One folder, one device, agreed before beat one. Every step below names what to capture and the label to save it under, E-01 upward. A screenshot with no label is an anecdote by the following week.
the hour
Budget ninety minutes for the four acts, or an hour if act four moves to another day. The second person is needed for acts one through three only; they may leave after beat 16.
One thing to settle before beat one, and it is not the instrument's to settle: whether the second person joins as a real member, whose application the steward admits during act one, or as a named test identity. The record is append-only, so this walk becomes part of the cooperative's first story either way. A real person, plainly named, keeps that story honest.

Act one · the front door
The second person drives every beat. The steward watches and says nothing that helps. The sentence in italics is spoken aloud before the beat, by the person driving it, because a proof is people saying what they are about to show.

A member can complete onboarding without a meeting.
On their own device, open techne.coop/commons/join and submit the application: real name, the fresh address, a line of intent. The steward does not help, does not point, and does not read over a shoulder.

The admission notice is delivered on the transition to applied.
Pick up the phone. The intake notice should already be in the Telegram sink, carrying the applicant's name, the event id, and the address.

Request a magic link from any member page and click it. The sign-in with the applied address becomes the agent by itself; nobody types anything into a database.

Open the directory. The Admissions panel stands at the top with the pending application listed by name and address. Tap Admit. That single act records the state transition and its event together.

A member can read every agreement that binds them, with version and standing marked.
Open the agreements shelf and read the bylaws entry aloud: title, version, effective date, and their own unsigned chip. Read one line of what it obliges them to.

Sign on the shelf and read the confirmation panel aloud: name, instrument, version, the binding statement. Then attempt to sign the same instrument again and show the refusal.

Find themselves in the directory, edit their display name, reload, show the change held. Then look for an edit path into anyone else's row and report aloud that there is none.

The steward states that each sentence was demonstrated by a person with no standing to fake it. Both speak the G-B attestation, written out in
the Proof Book, and the words are written down as spoken, not from memory afterwards.

what act one supplies
G-B's whole proof sentence, in the cast it names: beats 5 through 7 are the three Belong sentences, beat 1 is the fourth, and beat 8 is the two-party act that no single person can perform. B-02, B-04, and B-05 stand verified already and are not re-opened here.

Act two · the calendar, held by a member
The run-through of July seeded its gathering from the SQL editor, because the scheduling surface did not exist yet. It does now, which is the whole of G-04, so this act is walked entirely on the page. The second person schedules; the steward registers. That order is deliberate: G-04's sentence is that any member may hold a gathering and is its host, and a steward doing it proves the weaker claim.

A member can host an event under a named agreement or policy.
Open the calendar, open Hold a gathering, and fill in all four fields: title, what it is, where to stand, and a start time. Hold it. The gathering appears on the calendar naming them as host.

Another member can register for it.
On his own device, open the same gathering and register. This is the clause of G-04 that no one can walk alone.

A member can see upcoming events and sessions.
Read the session time aloud in their own timezone, then register, cancel, and register again. Say the cycle out loud as it happens. Nothing was asked of anyone and nothing was deleted.

A member can have attendance counted where the record counts it.
As host, open the attendance panel, record the steward present, and save. Then the steward attempts to record his own attendance on a gathering he does not host, and shows the refusal.

a note on the fixture
The gathering scheduled at beat 9 is a real one or it is not, and that is the pair's choice. If the sitting itself is scheduled as the gathering, the room is standing inside the record it is reading, which is the observation the Proof Book asks for at its own beat one. If a real gathering already stands on the calendar, it serves as the fixture for G-G and beat 9 still runs on its own, because G-04 needs the scheduling act specifically.
§5 · F-02 · F-01 · F-03
Act three · someone answers
the steward's fork, not the instrument's
F-02 has an open question standing on it since 2026-07-24, and this page does not answer it. Either the piece is recorded against the proof rehearsal, which proves the flow and the visibility rule mechanically against three personas including the bystander the live row never tested, or it waits for a real second member to answer a real posting. This act is the second option, made available today rather than at some unnamed later date. If the steward takes the first option, skip beats 14 through 16 and the walk loses nothing else: no other item in this script depends on them. The choice is his, and it is a choice about what counts as evidence, which is not a question an agent may settle.

Post an opportunity of his own on the board: kind, title, one line of detail. Say aloud that it is his posting, because the visibility rule about to be proven is stated in terms of the author.

The second person may leave here, after a thank you and after being told plainly what is now in the record under their name. What follows is the steward's alone.
§6 · G-R
Act four · the anchors, read against the text
X-01 through X-09 all carry the verified mark, which is G-R's stated acceptance in full. What the Proof Book asks for beyond the mark is one reading pass, and it is the kind of pass that goes badly alone and quickly in company: walk every bylaw anchor cited in the policy layer against the governing text as published at /legal/, confirming each section still says what the policy cites it for. The probe matrix already proves the policies behave as written. This proves they cite what still stands.

Open the legal index and the policy anchors side by side. For each anchor, read the cited section aloud from the published instrument and say whether the policy's claim on it still holds. A second reader, if one is still in the room, reads the other side.

After the walk · what is recorded, and by whom
Nobody types SQL during the sitting, and nobody needs to. The walk produces spoken words and captured screens; the record follows afterwards, by the one procedure every proof uses, published at the Proof Book, §final: the attesting human records the gate.attested event, the ledger flips by commit with a resolution naming the attesting person, the date, and the event id, and the Almanac follows the ledger. That is the steward's act, on his own time, with the evidence folder in front of him.
The three attestations this walk can produce are G-B, G-G, and G-R. G-F is not among them and is not in this script: its condition is G-B attested, so it becomes available the moment G-B's event is recorded, on evidence this walk mostly already gathers. G-A is not reachable here at all, by its own design: it asks for a member other than the steward to direct the instrument, and it waits on the first grant besides.

what this walk does not close
G-F, G-S, G-T, G-A: none is in this script. The Share and Treasury proofs wait on board adoptions, and the agency proof waits on a grant and on a member giving the instrument work, which is a different second person doing a different thing. The counting rules, the treasury policy, and the labor schedule are unaffected. And F-02 closes here only if the steward chooses the live option at §5; on the other branch of that fork it closes by his word against the rehearsal, and this page is not that word.
why this page is a draft
Every mark named here stands exactly where it stood before this page was written. A script is not a proof, the plan of a walk is not the walk, and an instrument that could flip a mark by publishing a page describing how the mark could be earned would be the precise failure this whole estate is built to refuse. The page becomes something else on the day two people sit down with it, and even then it is the people who close the five, not the page.
